DAY CAMP CUT-OFF DATE --- EXTENDED TO JULY 11!
'95, '96 and '97+ players who register by July 11 may attend Day Camp
You will be guided through the Registration process and notified of other items required for sign-up (Medical Release, copy of insurance card front/back and passport sized photo).
If you are unable to register online, you may request a Registration form and mail the completed form to KSYSA. If you need a Registration packet mailed to you, please contact the KSYSA office at (913)782-6434.
In order for a player to be registered for the 2008-2009 Kansas ODP program, the completed Registration Form (either via online registration or in hard copy), a small passport size photo, a copy (front & back) of your insurance card, the Medical Release, and full payment must be received at the KSYSA office, 708 S. Rogers Rd., Ste. C, Olathe, KS 66062 (different deadlines apply to different ages - see 2008-2009 Program Information for specifics).

CAMP INFORMATION
Summer ODP Day Camps will be held in 2008 for 1995, 1996, and 1997+ ages, boys and girls.
You must be signed up for camp already. No walk up registrations.
Check hotline for any changes: 1-866-ODP-NEWS outside of the KC area or 913-782-8609 in the KC area.
Day Camp dates for summer 2008:
- Salina Soccer Complex, Boys and Girls - July 26 and 27 (attend one day only)
- Blue Valley West Fields, Girls - August 9
- Blue Valley West Fields, Boys - August 10
Day Camp Schedule:
8:00 - 8:30 AM Check-in
8:30 - 11:30: Meeting/Technical Training
11:30 - 1:30: Break No staff will be at fields during break
1:30 - 4:30: Warm-up and Small Sided Games
4:00: Parent Meeting
