Using the Kansas Youth Soccer Tournament and e-Travel system at "www.thetournamentcenter.com" you may now attain travel permits instantly online. Click Here to attain instantly approved Permission to Travel forms, Guest Player Permits and other travel and tournament related forms.
Simply complete the online form(s) you need and you are provided your approved form instantly. Print the form, sign it for authorization and retain it for your records.
Our Tournament and e-Travel System will require that you pay for travel permits by credit card.
Available Kansas e-Travel Forms:
- Permission to Travel to US Youth Soccer Event ($20 fee)
- Notification to Attend Another Organization's Event ($20 fee)
- Guest Player Permit - This form is to be completed by the BORROWING TEAM and signed by the BORROWING COACH/TEAM OFFICIAL. The lending coach/team official, upon turning over the player pass and medical release, gives permission for the player(s) to guest play for the borrowing coach. The borrowing coach, by signing the form, understands that the player(s) are rostered to another team. See KSYSA Rules for Loaned/Guest Players below.

KSYSA Rule 1.0.10 - GUEST PLAYER -- means a registered player who is participating in a competition for a Club to which the player is not rostered for the purpose of league play.
KSYSA Rule 3.16 - LOANED/GUEST PLAYERS. Every KSYSA registered player has the right to participate as a loan/guest player for other affiliated teams during non-league play, unless participation as a loan/guest player will: (1) result in the player engaging in a sanctioned event with the host team on the same day as a sanctioned event is scheduled with the player’s rostered team; (2) require the player to miss a sanctioned event with the player’s rostered team due to travel or a similar event; or, (3) the player is serving a suspension.
KSYSA Rule 3.16.1 - Each KSYSA member league shall establish their own rules governing loan/guest players during league play.
